Terms and Conditions

Welcome and thank you for choosing to stay at our Property. By booking and staying at Forever Blue, you agree to the following Terms of Use. These Terms are designed to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful experience for both Guests and Host.

  1. Booking & Payment

Reservations are confirmed only upon settlement of the advance payment, as defined via the booking platform or as otherwise agreed. The rest of the amount has to be settled prior the check-in in order to ensure access to the Property.

All prices include VAT and local taxes unless explicitly stated.

The guest booking the stay must be at least 18 years old and provide valid identification upon request during check-in.

  1. Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in time: from 15:00

Check-out time: by 11:00

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon prior request and subject to availability.  Additional charges are applicable.

  1. House Rules

Guests are expected to:

  • Respect the property, furnishings, and neighborhood.
  • Keep the property clean and in good condition.
  • Avoid disturbing neighbors and observe quiet hours from 23:00 to 07:00 and 15:00 to 17:00
  • Only use the property for residential purposes.
  • Not exceed the maximum number of guests agreed upon in the reservation.
  1. Smoking Policy

Smoking is not allowed indoors.

Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas (e.g., balconies, garden).

Guests must use ashtrays and avoid littering with cigarette butts.

  1. Pets

Pets are not allowed, unless requested and approved in writing before arrival.

Additional charges may apply in case a guest requests to accommodate a pet.

If permitted, guests are fully responsible for any damage caused and a refund shall be requested during or after the check-out.

  1. BBQ

The use of the BBQ is not allowed during the High Fire Risk period defined by the local Fire Brigade agency or during any wind.

Barbecue use is allowed only in the designated outdoor area and is never to be left unattended while in use.

Guests must clean the BBQ thoroughly after each use. If not, additional cleaning charges may apply.

  1. Rooftop / Terrace Access

The access to the rooftop/terrace is NOT allowed and the Owner shall not be considered liable for any harm or injury caused.

  1. Electricity & Water Usage

Please conserve water and energy as much as possible.

Do not leave the air conditioning, heaters, or lights running when not in the property.

Avoid excessive water use.

  1. Internet Usage

Wi-Fi is provided free of charge for general use (browsing, email, streaming).

Illegal or inappropriate use of the connection (e.g., torrenting, hacking) is strictly forbidden.

  1. Cleaning & Guest Obligations

Before departure, guests are kindly asked to:

Take out the trash and leave the property in a reasonably tidy condition.

  1. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of € 250 may be requested.

It will be returned during the check-out, provided no damage or policy violation is found.

  1. Visitors Policy

Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

Visitors are allowed between 09:00 and 23:00

No parties or events are allowed.

  1. Maintenance Access

In the event of urgent maintenance or inspections, the host or authorized technician may enter the property with prior notice from the Owner.

Every effort will be made to respect the guest’s privacy.

  1. Parking

Free on-site parking is available.

  1. Lost or Forgotten Items

The property is not responsible for lost or forgotten items.

If found, items can be returned at the guest’s expense upon request.

  1. Use of Equipment

Any of the property’s equipment is provided as-is at the day of the check-in and may be used at the Guests’ own risk.

Children must be supervised at all times.

Please follow all safety instructions provided on-site.

  1. Environmental Responsibility

We strive to maintain sustainable tourism.

Please:

Turn off lights, air conditioning, and electronics when not in use.

Avoid wasting water or energy.

  1. Damages & Liability

Guests are liable for any damage or missing items beyond normal wear and tear.

The Host reserves the right to charge for replacements, repairs, or additional cleaning even after the check out.

The Host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or theft that may occur during your stay.

  1. Force Majeure

The Host shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond their control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics).

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece). Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of Piraeus.
